2nd Annual Louisiana Wing-a-thon

The second annual Louisiana Wing-a-thon is sure to be a wing-lover’s dream brought to life.  Come out to the Baton Rouge River Center on Saturday, February 28 at 11am to sample wings from many restaurants/bars across the Baton Rouge area.  These restaurants will be competing for "The Hottest Wing," "Most Unique Wing," and "Best Overall Wing."  All guests will have a chance to cast their vote for each category.  Last year's reigning winners will be back to defend their titles. The Hottest Wings 2014 went to Wings of Glory for their "Devil Sweat." The winner of Most Unique Wings 2014 went to Stoubes for their delectable “Crawtator” Wings. The Best Wings in Baton Rouge 2014 went to Pluckers!

Don't miss the marathon of wings, The second annual Louisiana Wing-a-thon, on Saturday, February 28.  Enjoy as many wings as you desire, while you enjoy live music by the Prime Mates and hilarious contests... for only $20!

You love running. You love wings. You can actually eat your way to victory with time bonuses for the amount of wings eaten. Come participate in a 5K fun run/chicken-wing eating contest BEFORE you enter the 2015 Wing-a-thon held at the River Center. The 5K will begin at 10:30am on top of the levee by the USS Kidd and head down to Tin Roof Brewing Company for a wing-eating and beer drinking pit stop before heading back to the finish line and the Wing-a-thon that opens at 11:00am. Your race entry includes FREE entry into the Wing-a-thon, which is normally a $20 ticket. You are practically losing money NOT racing in this race!

Viaje Super Shot Zombie Cigar Shipment

Greetings, zombie zealots. The Viaje "Super Shot Zombie" cigar shipment & authorized Viaje Retailer banner have arrived. The cigars included are the Super Shot Zombies (3.5x54), the White Label Project Super Shot (3.5x52) which was rolled in March 2012 and has a Criollo wrapper and the Exclusivo Super Lance (7.5x46). These are new cigars so we are excited to try them out.

In this shipment we also received the authorized Viaje signage for official Viaje merchants. Look for this banner otherwise you are buying fakes or through second parties and the prices are outrageous. We are the only official Viaje merchant in Baton Rouge & Covington.
